The night we met

' I had all and then most of you , some and now none of you , oh take me back to the night we met. '

Such interesting yet painful lines, aren't they? It portrays the beauty of a very twisted curse , love.

It portrays how , a person wants to go back to the start , to relive the best times , because that's when people show their best sides, when the ugliness comes out , it becomes harder every passing second, love turns into anguish, discomfort, compromise.

It's definitely not for the faint of heart because standing by someone who has everything and standing by them even when they don't , takes a lot of courage, belief , trust , respect and most of all , love.

It's true when people say 'be careful of people who leave you in hard times and be thankful for people who stand by you'.

So, take me back , to the night we met, so we can live and love like there's no tomorrow, so we can look into each other's eyes without the tears of letting go, so we have no resentment, so that we can love each other's best parts again, take me back to the night we met.
